This enterprise started with a simple idea: to create a service and a platform that provides an accessible and affordable solution for even the smallest companies to start their expansion projects.

This idea then evolved into a full array of services, all of them offering a different way to overcome the challenges of business development and business partner search.

The services scale from semi-automated matchmaking, through active one-time collaborations to the establishment of long term cooperation with Zsolt Kovács – IBD. The scaling factor being the level of our engagement.

All of our services share a common goal: to support the growth of our partners and clients.

This is a simple, accessible and safe solution for expanding companies and expansion supporting experts to share their advertisement – both offers and demands –  and get noticed. Hence the name! Adding advertisement on the Notice boards is free of charge. The Notices are anonymous and conveniently structured to be easy to comprehend and to contain the most necessary information for a potential partner. 

 

The Notices can be browsed by any visitor. If the visitor does not want to Register on the website, still can Request connection with a potential partner by sending us an email on the address contact@ibdexpansion.com or by filling the Contact form on the main page and adding to the text the ID of the Notice.  However, if browsed as a registered user, the possible matches will be highlighted with an exclamation mark on the top right corner of the Notice and the matching information will be highlighted with a different color within the Notice – based on the user’s profile.

Process and cost

  • The service is available only for registered users, after their profile is finalized – i.e. the user can be clearly identified as an existing company and there was an initial communication between the requesting user and a representative of Zsolt Kovács – IBD. This procedure is implemented to protect the advertising companies.
  • Upon a user clicks on the „Request connection” button, we will send emails for both parties, exchanging the following information: Company name, Country of residence, Company website, Area of Business and contact details from the section „Contact for Matchmaking and Marketing purposes” of the company profile. With these emails the service is considered to be delivered. 
  • The anonymous advertisement is free of charge. The company requesting the connection will be invoiced 40,00EUR (+ VAT in case of a company from an EU member state outside of Slovakia) after delivery, with an 8 day validity. 

Even before the launch of our website, we had a large database of professionals who can aid the international expansion of enterprises on the basis of B2B cooperation. Our database is ever growing both professionally and geographically, with  diverse enterprises seeking potential partners.

Process and cost

  • Registered users can initiate this service by clicking on the “Request Service” button in their profile.
  • The service can be also initiated by sending us an email on the address contact@ibdexpansion.com or by filling the Contact form (link) on the main page in which the company should briefly explain the situation and the type of connection they seek.
  • After this first step we will contact the company and clarify the details. The request will be added into our database and compared with the actual offers and demands within it.
  • If we have a suitable partner in our database, we will offer connection (interest in connection needs to be confirmed by both parties in advance). 
  • Upon confirmation of interest, we will send emails for both parties, exchanging the following information: Company name, Country of residence, Company website, Area of Business and contact details from the section „Contact for Matchmaking and Marketing purposes” of the company profile. With these emails the service is considered to be delivered. 
  • The company requesting the connection will be invoiced 80,00 EUR (+ VAT in case of a company from an EU member state outside of Slovakia) after delivery, with an 8 day validity. 

This premium service appoints Zsolt Kovács – IBD as the client’s representative to act on its behalf, aiding negotiations with other companies or government entities.

During the delivery of the service the representative will reveal only information that is allowed by the client to be shared.   

In what kind of situation can be this service useful?

Example 1: Your company plans to expand into a new country, but due to language barrier is unable to to effectively search for suitable partners, or does not want to reveal it’s intent and would like to approach potential partners anonymously.

Example 2: Your company is not satisfied with your current service provider and would like to see offers from other companies. without notifiing the market about your intentions 

Example 3: Your company plans to develop a new product and seeks a manufacturer or a developer for it, but would like to keep these plans confident. 

Process and cost

  • Registered users can initiate this service by clicking on the “Request Service” button in their profile.
  • The service can be initiated also by sending us an email on the address contact@ibdexpansion.com or by filling the Contact form on the main page, in which the company should briefly explain the situation and the way we could help them.  
  • After this first step we will contact the company and clarify the details, if necessary, through several consultations.
  • Based on the available information we will prepare a price offer
  • When we reach agreement with the client, an initial price of 160,00 EUR (+ VAT in case of a company from an EU member state outside of Slovakia) will be invoiced. Any additional fees will be determined and invoiced individually based on the agreement with the client. 

Please note that although this is a confidential service, it’ result should be beneficial. We reserve the right to refuse any service that we see inappropriate or malicious. 

Currently available in Slovakia and with a different approach in Hungary. A long term collaboration. Thanks to our market knowledge and a wide range of external partners and experts we can help a company to expand it’s activities into these countries. We have partners or possible collaborators for almost every service, from company establishment to customer service and are looking to connect with even more experts. We are working on the extension of this service to India as well.

  • After this first step we will contact the company and clarify the details, if necessary, through several consultations.
  • Based on the available information we will prepare a price offer
  • The price will be determined during consultation with the client, based on it1s initial budget. The form of the payment wil be monthly installments, which will be flexible to reflect the actual work accomplished and may include one time payments to cover ad hoc expenses. 

iiTeam Assemble

This project will be a collaboration between Zsolt Kovács – IBD and iiTeam s. r. o. to solve technological and IT related  projects, such as software or technological development, or assembling a development team. This goal requires specialized knowledge and up to date understanding of the modern technologies what will be provided by iiTeam s. r. o.  and Ing. Ľuboš Minčák as the projects technical expert. 

iiTeam Assemble was originally intended as a platform for software development freelancers and especially smaller development teams. This idea eventually evolved into this collaboration, through which we offer expert assistance in planning and execution of IT or engineering related projects. 

The project is currently in the phase of database building, however we are open for enquiries, especially in the area of custom software development. 

IBD Recon

This is planned as a complex service intended to be useful before the start of an expansion, or before first contact with a selected company.  

The service will be available probably sometimes in 2025.
